Valley School approaches athletics the same way it approaches our academic curriculum. All students participate and challenge each other to improve individual skills while at the same time building team relationships and synergies. Students compete in 'life sports'--sports that students can continue to play in college and throughout life.

Valley School is a member of the Inner State Athletic Conference (ISAC). Established in 1998, the ISAC consists of six area schools, primarily private institutions, with a common goal of cooperative competition and athlete recognition.

Valley School teams have won district titles in girls' basketball, girls' volleyball, boys' soccer and boys' basketball.
